The regen is very strong and it stacks between blessed weapons, Adjudicator's shield, Regenerator's ring, and miracle. Faith Builds allow you to cast Miracles, not to be confused with magic. Here are the best Faith builds in Demon's Souls.The majority are in 5-2 though and each world 5 boss you kill will give all the lizards an extra spawn. As a faith build, it would probably be a decent idea to get in there sooner rather than later.
